Abu Dhabi curfew hours now lifted

words Derek Issacs

From last night, Wednesday, 24th June, residents and citizens of the UAE were allowed to move freely at any hour of the day as the National Sterilisation Programme ended.

However, restrictions on movement in and out of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi are still in place and has entered the fourth week. That said, people can move around freely at any time of the day within the emirate itself.

The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) are behind the lifting of movement restrictions in the UAE.

Age restrictions for those under 12 entering malls has also been lifted.
